USPS Introduces Pricing Adjustments for July 2026

The U.S. Postal Service has announced new pricing adjustments scheduled to take effect on July 12, 2026.
These changes are part of the USPS’s 10-year “Delivering for America” plan, which aims to ensure a sustainable and efficient postal service for the future.
Key highlights of the proposed changes include:
- A 4-cent increase in the price of a First-Class Mail Forever stamp, raising the cost from 78 cents to 82 cents
- An overall price adjustment of approximately 4.8% for mailing services products
- No additional increases on Ground Advantage, Parcel Select, and Priority Mail following the most recent change on April 26, 2026

- Ground Advantage
- Parcel Select
- Priority Mail
- Priority Mail Express
