Flat rate envelopes and boxes are available in various standard sizes from the Post Office - at no additional charge. You can use shipping software and postage meter to calculate the exact cost. 

The heavier the package, the more you save! With flat rate shipping, the pricing is not tied to the weight of the package. It's tied to the size of the envelope or box and the service you choose. As long as your item fits in the Priority Mail envelope or box (but not over-stuffed!), you'll pay one set postage rate.
